Ingredients

1 cup ST Superfood Makhana

500 ml Almond Milk (or Dairy Milk)

8-10 Seedless Dates (chopped)

2 tbsp Grated Coconut (fresh or dry)

1 tbsp Ghee

3-4 Cardamom Pods (crushed)

5-6 Cashews & Almonds (chopped)

1-2 tbsp Jaggery or Natural Sweetener (optional)

Instructions
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast ST Makhana until crisp and golden. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, lightly roast cashews, almonds, and coconut.
  • Boil almond milk in another pan, add chopped dates, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add roasted Makhana and cardamom to the milk and cook for another 5-7 minutes until soft.
  • Stir in jaggery if extra sweetness is desired and garnish with roasted nuts and coconut.
  • Serve warm or chilled!
